Pros

Couldn't be more pleased with the purchase. This book is a challenging read for anyone with heart issues. The foundation he laid and the contributions he's made is inspirational.

This book is very detailed and informative. Dr. Sinatra provides a plethora of scientific evidence and peer reviewed studies. His presentation robust enough to stand up against the most rigorous of scrutiny.

He's had some medical issues recently after a 7 yr benign course. He's never needed supplemental oxygen despite an ejection fraction of 20-25. This gets to the nitty gritty of circulation and what we can do about it.

Cons

The book is advertised as an updated 2015 edition with 306 pages. In fact the book received is the earlier 2011 edition of 280 pages.
