The book has blank pages and there is no redownload option. I feel cheated as i really want to read the book without all these blank pages please or refund me. The book is boring, and i couldn't even get through it.

It is appalling and beyond naïve to attribute cancer to negative thoughts. If you are fat, it is not because the world is out to get you because you think negatively.
