    It sucks), shrimp jambalaya, spicy orange pork, chicken stir fry, jalapeno cheeseburger, breaded halibut (i'm not a big fish eater so i cheat a bit on the fish), steak with baked potato and pasta with clam sauce, all made from scratch.

    I do eat bread every day, cheese and milk regularly which a lot of diets do not recommend.
