I did feel the book would have been enriched with a bibliography in which the author could have pointed us to the sources for his ideas but the book is so good that anything less then 5 stars would be unfair

You can also look up the authors videos where he explains briefly all his concepts too if you want to see whats all about before reading the book

I was hoping the book would give a sure fire way to motivate myself to start practicing the things i want to do but alas it didnt do that probably and unrealistic expectation
