The truck is a wpl c14 and is a lot of fun for beginners. Great starter rig to get into the rock crawlingrc hobby.

Find a piece of soft foam to fold around the battery before placing it in the compartment. Took the advice of others and tightened screws.

It's big enough to have fun out in the woods, backyard, walking trails. My 6 year old enjoys driving during walks through the woods. Super fun to play with while on break during a bike ride or hike.

It crawls over rocks like a champ. Works great on our crawler course. It moves at a great pace for a crawler.

Out of the box it was assembled laughably bad and it just flipped over the second you tried to climb anything

It comes stock with a singlet gearbox and plastic axles which can be gutted and replaced with metal parts

No instructions on the decorative stickers but the photos on the box help

Competitiveness

While you could easily spend hundreds more on rock crawlers id recommend starting with this one or one of the other models
