Pros
My 3 year old loves it, although she has not yet mastered the tricks on her own. Our 11 yr old granddaughter loves this! Bought for my 8yr old son. Bought for granddaughter.
Good starter kit for inspiring magician. Penn & teller do an excellent job explaining everything. The instructions and instructional dvd are easy to understand.
Cons
These are old stale tricks and the video does nothing to freshen them up. Rushed through with no thought or retakes. Shame on the two of them.

I was reluctant to buy a magic kit because they usually have cheap tricks that get old quickly

I however was not impressed with the wand because both ends have a brittle plastic plug that chipped and left sharp edges i’m sure it will chip more and eventually render it useless

I called and they said they tried to warn customers not to snap the ends however i didn’t find that warning
