This book contains within it the most wonderful message promising and delivering liberation from nothing less than a drug addiction that has been foisted upon us by slick marketing and the perpetuation of desperately inaccurate facts

The writing is largely awful there are obvious typos and as previous reviewers have said the type in the book is too small

Compare that to a cigarette which despite its slick marketing and packaging is a product that is full to its filter with poison and delivering just slavery and misery and you might almost get the impression that carr wrote how he wrote to push the point of content over delivery

I smoked 30 to 40 cigarettes a day and i am weak willed and not good at giving things up i thought id try this book because of all the good reviews i never thought in a million years that it would actually work

It tells you towards the start of the book that when you get to the last page you will stub out your final cigarette this to me felt daunting and i can see why people would put the book down and put it off getting to the end please dont as by the time you get to the end of the book you are really ready to stub that final cigarette out
