Best-selling book has been a go-to guide for healthy eating for more than a decade. Makes you realize how precarious our food supply is. Harmful and less harmful.

I encourage everyone to experience this book in it's fullest as an audiobook, as well as set the speed to. It is a good read regarding a subject that i feel everyone should be a bit more knowledgeable about.
