Very good design and it has definately improved my lungs when it comes to running probably better for shorter periods of exercise great training aid with loads of adjustments possible to do everything from improving ones vo2 max to simply strengthening ones breathing whilst sat at the desk

Bas has taken an already available concept and packaged it in a great way with great guides and all in a really handy carry case
