Pros

New primal has excellent customer service. Their cs exceeded that of much larger companies i've bought from. Only downside in my view is the price.

Cons

The product is disgusting and mushy. The box says it's good until 2023 but 6 of them had mold on them.

Hard working american families should not get ripped off. I hope they up their quality standards and stop over pricing these. I can't justify wasting over forty dollars on beef sticks.

The box was destroyed inside the packaging and there were only 19 units. Each stick i eat, i expect my head to burn off, and nothing. Where is the much to hot to eat mouth burning flavor of the first two boxes?

They were all in secure packaging and very fresh

The fact that theyre glutenfree makes them accessible to more people and their convenient packaging is perfect for onthego snacking

These beef sticks pack a wallop of flavor

Competitiveness

However compared to many many other brands i have tried this one is my fave

Its a longer stick than some brands which is a good thing for me
