Meal plans are the best. The smoothies are delicious. The peanut butter smoothie which i used with chocolate protein powder and irish slow-cooked oatmeal.

It's science and it works unbelievably well. It's not extreme and very easy to use guidelines to follow. This one is a game changer.



Cons

Muscle tissue consumes 50 calories per pound of muscle per day. Fat tissue also consumes about 2 calories per day, so as you add muscle and lose fat, you will only make tiny changes in your daily calorie usage.

The concepts described in this book are relatively simple, and could probably be adequately covered in a 20 page pamphlet. This book can be summed up in 5 pages or less.

The kindle version of this book is very hard to use effectively. The layout is sort of jumbled. The workout section of the book is sloppily formatted for kindle.

Everything else should either be eaten in moderation or not at all. This probably includes the grain and rice-based carbs that low-carb practitioners dislike so much. The only milk humans probably should consume is mother's milk when we are babies. Th...  Read More
