Slow, stilted, predictable. Nothing to drive the narrative forward. Maybe it’s the british *. Plot is a worn-out stereotype.

This book reads more like a cheesy romance novel than 50 shades. This reads like a harlequin romance written by a teenager with no writing technique. This book is nothing like her fifty shades trilogy.

This book is expensive and so i begrudgingly finished it. It's making me angry that i am reading such * when i could find something i actually enjoy.

Half of the time it's every exaggerated manliness and the other half is straight up feminine. Our heroine has a limited grasp of the english language. If she speaks perfect english then that's how she would think as well.
