After watching one or two people’s videos about the miracle morning i downloaded the book straight away and have just finished my 1st week of mm while reading the book my eyes were truly opened and now i feel like i’m not just getting up going to work coming home going to bed and repeating the same boring cycle over and over again

Overall not a bad book there was some good points however the content sounded a lot like a sales pitch
