    Other books that ive read on ocd either dont mention mindfulness or sort of stick it in its own chapter and say by the way heres something else

    I think this book would be effective for someone just starting out on their therapeutic journey andor for someone who cant afford a therapist but it doesnt hold any secrets that you wont come across by googling mindfulness and ocd together

    Unlike many other books the spend 34 of the pages talking about ocd and what it is we do which can make matters worse this book starts off immediately with tools to overcome and accept what is happening
