Pros

The case makes a great difference and it really helps detangle your hair. My granddaughter loves using it right after she washes her hair. It feels good when brushing, no tangles, and my hair is not being pulled out.

This is the only brush that does not make her scream when working out a knot! This brush is like butter. It's really a great brush for the price and still has all bristles.

Cons

Reviewer says she's headed back to a comb, or really any brush but this one. Cover is nice (even though this particular brush had bent bristles. It is very weak. Would never buy again or recommend.
