The ishi affair combines a great blend of action, mystery and suspense all in one. This book is humorous, heartbreaking and heartwarming.
Griffel’s magic lies in how he embroiders them into the larger tapestry of truth, secrets and lies. Griffel does a wonderful job of introducing this tribe and their traditions. The ishi affair is the fifth book in the david grossman saga.
Author’s dialogue dominating the storytelling and providing a fun and cinematic view of the plot and characters. Building culmination in the story, adding on characters and motives, until you feel it's going to bust.

Griffel is very good with his descriptions of people and places and like his other novels the ishi affair rarely slackens in pace until the interesting climax
