When i opened it, this is what i had in my hands:-excellent, comprehensive (though not technical) explanations and groundwork for those new to this form of non-traditional healing-way too many personal stories and examples for my taste-way too much explanation for understanding visual things-certain aspects that seemed like an over complication (too much process for me when it wasn't really that complicated, more on that in a bit)-lots of exercises that were explained very well so that i could understand exactly what i was doing (or supposed to be doing), even though i was reading a book with no direct interaction with the writernow, that's entirely biased to my preferences and needs.
