When i opened it this is what i had in my handsexcellent comprehensive though not technical explanations and groundwork for those new to this form of nontraditional healingway too many personal stories and examples for my tasteway too much explanation for understanding visual thingscertain aspects that seemed like an over complication too much process for me when it wasnt really that complicated more on that in a bitlots of exercises that were explained very well so that i could understand exactly what i was doing or supposed to be doing even though i was reading a book with no direct interaction with the writernow thats entirely biased to my preferences and needs
