Pros
The first chapter provides a concise introduction to pressure cooking. This book illustrates the wide variety of meals that can be cooked in the instant pot. Excellent service and shipping.
Cons
No photo next to each dish. One picture per chapter only. There is a recipe named broccoli chickpea without anything as to what it is. This cookbook has some good recipes, but it also has some that aren't even vegan!
This seems to be a thrown together book designed to quickly latch on to the current instant pot pressure cooker fad. Book is a month old and it is falling apart. Screen none responsive/tried different plugs.

Less satisfactoryyou might as well saute food in a good skillet as the bottom of the pot isnt very big and is not perfectly flat so the inner pieces get overcooked while the outer ones float in grease
