Pros
Unlike traditional drywall bolts, these can be uninstalled by leaving the butterfly clamp behind. Easier than drywall anchors anyway. Only drawback is that you have to make a slightly bigger hole to fit the holder inside the wall.

And difficult to fully insert into the wall.

Box says a 12 hole you need a 916 if your going through tile or something similar

Previous owners put tons of drywall anchors in with screw holes too large meaning just about everything wallmounted kept coming off when anchors slipped out leaving giant holes behind
