The book is structured well and doesn't get too tiring to read. The book has lot of breadth but not necessarily great depth. This book fills that gap tremendously.

I recommend this book for those who are just starting their careers. This book is a must for anyone feeling stuck at his/her workplace. It will provide the reader with immediate tools to incorporate in both their professional and personal lives.
