Pros

This works well in a homeschool family since moms and dads can each participate with the children. She is 12 now, and i really think it was/is perfect timing for her.

The lessons rely heavily on discussion to help students assimilate the information. This is a skill we need daily in our media saturated culture.

This book is a great resource for anyone wanting to uncover fallacies in all walks of life. Things that i have found most helpful about the book are the lessons are short.

Family recommends this book as a supplement to any curriculum. My 7th grader uses this book at classical conversations. My seventh grader has it as required reading.

Review in a way that invites discussion between parent and child. The writing is enjoyable and not only catches their attention, but keeps it as well. The children glance up at it often as we try to discern any fallacies.
