Everything is layman-style and smooth-going. It has tons of explanations about what to take care of and keep an eye on. Includes advantages and disadvantages.
Cons
Just because an asset class underperforms other asset classes in the past is not a guarentee of future (poor) returns. Too wordy & superfluous.

Quality
This book could be used in a college class with the detail of information presented
Ill be reading it a second time as i did with the asset allocation book as there are a lot of finer points worth reviewing
Please read this along with the following books that i recommend

According to the book there are currently more than 1000 etfs trading in the us representing more than 1 trillion and it is very possible that the assets invested in efts could surpass open ended mutual funds within 10 years
