Pros
This cookbook is full of plant-based recipes. The author is always on the lookout for easy recipes that don't require a billion ingredients. The recipes are easy to follow and include tips on how to make the perfect bunche.
This cookbook is a great staple book for seasoned vegans, people who are yearning to become vegan or vegetarian. I highly recommend this cookbook for all vegan and vegetarian cooks as well as those who want to learn about being plant based.
The layout follows traditional cookbooks with breakfast, soups, entrees, etc in order. I do like my cookbooks to have photos but the recipes are so good that i'll overlook that. This is a wonderful cookbook i highly recommend!

And they are all mixed up with one another. For me it renders the cookbook unusable. It had obviously been used then returned.

As other reviewers have stated the 5 ingredients in the title means 5 main ingredients and doesnt and probably shouldnt be expected to include staples and other addons like broth oil chopped onions seasonings etc
