Marsha linehan was the founder of this dbt therapy. It's a pretty involved intervention that includes 1-on-1 therapy, the book, and a group therapy component. This book is a wonderful tool for anyone who needs dbt!
The mindfulness skills are really helpful and there’s a variety of activities. Tons of good techniques and exercises. It ties in more problem solving, exposure, and act principles which i think are valuable.
