And at the back of the book he does list help for those who have tried his formula and still need more help but i have been around shame recovery and family systems dysfunction recovery groups long enough to know that his suggestions his program for balance and for keeping out of hard and serious depression is very sound and a very good one frankly

I find that act a form of cbt works better for that kind of thing and in terms of social contact i think a certain amount is definitely essential but if youre still depressed after all of this social contact may not be the gamechanger you were hoping for
