Bought this for my fiancé's christmas but was not expecting such quality books. Quality of the pages are of high quality - literally and figuratively. Lovely set of books to keep for posterity.
Calvin and hobbes comics in book form. Best cartoon ever. Worth fifty quid. About a boy & his stuffed tiger.
Perfect to sit on the sofa and read with a cup of tea on a rainy afternoon. Brilliantly funny and beautifully executed.
Bound and boxed this is a brilliant & an ideal gift for fans. Also for those that want to read about a cheeky and mischievous pair.
Received quickly, well packaged and in perfect condition. Only issue is the over packaging- amazon please stop using so much! A bit like pass the parcel.
Cons
The outer sleeve has two or three very noticeable dents in it. They're heavy and cumbersome books, fine for reading spread out on a bed, but no fun balancing on your lap.

However other reviewers are correct that the packaging by the publishers was flimsya thin cover of cling film and so the casing arrived slightly damaged
