Pros
The recipes are easy peasy and the starter meal plans aren't boring. For instance, swapping out regular pasta for gluten free, or gluten free toast for whole wheat. Not too big; simplified instructions - outstanding recipes.
This diet isnt bad at all. It helps a lot with new meals or alternate meals that are just as good. Here are my top pros & cons.
The way that the prep aspect of this book is laid out is favorable to other books i have read that are similar. Spiral bound is conducive to easy frequent use and keeping the book open while working.
Cons
Hmmm when it says in there you need to cook with oils such as canola and not with butter that makes me scratch my head.

Very good quality for what you pay
Ive never had almost instant progress on any diet so i am amazed and grateful
It is a paperback but it’s good quality paper
Packaging/appearance
This was the only one that really went into the diet component
Competitiveness
I like that the book gives you a 2week meal plan with a shopping list and an optional weekly prep guide
The introduction does state that it doesnt follow aip and to modify and adjust recipies acording to your own body and needs

I will note it is super heavy on the mediterranean side as far as spices go which after a while i found myself sick of and having to eliminate red onion other herbs i was finding in many of the recipes

It says it’s a general guideline for just straight up anti inflammatory eating assuming you don’t have other restrictions
