    No real surprises, i won’t say the end is seen a mile away but everything ties up as expected in the final few pages.

    I won’t give too much away, as it’s a tried and tested formula, young man infiltrates a clandestine school club, gets lured by its trappings and bounces through his own discovery of right and wrong, and what is and isn’t acceptable.

    At the beginning, the reader hears only from protagonist hans, a young german boy who loves to hide in the forest, and who takes up boxing after being bullied: things in life were usually grey, not black and white, but sometimes there was only right and wrong, and when stronger people hurt weaker ones, it was wrong.
