A lot of books tend to repeat themselves conceptually over and over or seem to say in this book we're going to show you just how to do that for 300 pages and never cut to the chase.

My only issue was the absolute stuffing of biggerpockets marketing throughout the book - i get it author works for this company and they slapped their name on it, but my goodness it seemed like every other paragraph there was a biggerpockets is great for x y or z and you should visit biggerockets.
