I definitely recommend this book but dont bother with the cd version

But it appears that it has not been updated since 2004 and that it is actually out of print so that you now have to pay several hundred dollars for a paperback version

The programmers have done a terrible job on the kindle version

All the information is there obviously but searches are difficult you cannot print out a selected page movement in the document is very limited
