This is working i have bad bloating and constipation like a big stomach and only be sble to poo once every 2 weeks if so much its uncomfortable and makes me ferl terrible drank 2 of these lots of water and i was pooing buckets and farting buckets i was on the vrmerge of tears it felt so good to actually use the toolet no strain and my stomach has gine down im definately recommending this
