Recipes are ok. My favorite is the rosemary potato soup - so delicious! Some good looking recipes. Tomato soup and chili recipes are delicious as well!

    I have a pressure cooker but until recently have used it very rarely and mostly for beans or meats

    My only disappointment in this book is that there are not photos included of each of the recipes which is hard to understand because when writing a recipe book one would most likely prepare each dish at least two or three times to make sure it is exactly as the author wants it to be
