Pros
Product doubles in size so it is plentiful. Very nice texture and great flavor. I appreciated for work hard to bring to customer's home immdiatry.
Works great as a breaded fried nuggets or minced up into ground beef for tacos. The texture is similar to meat. Tough and chewy like meat. As a vegan, these are the best and most versatile meat replacers i have ever used and tasted.
Used a recipe from the tvp cookbook with my own modifications. These are decent tvp chunks. I absolutely love having a tvp option that isn't a mince for once.
They are a nutritious source of protein. They reconstitute quickly, and take on the flavor of whatever broth or sauce they are simmered in. Soaks up broth and is delicious.
Not plasticy taste like some reviewers mentioned. When rehydrated it's easy to prepare -- soak in warm to hot water. I love that it rehydrates quickly and that it absorbs flavor well.

Price
My only gripe is how much they cost these days
As far as price is concerned i do think these are a little high but are reasonable compared to the cost of frozen products
Packaging/appearance
I put these in a ziplock bag in a sealed container but i do wish the packaging was better in this regard
My only real issue is the packaging
Competitiveness
I found these much cheaper at a lot of asian markets
I would recommend them i just dont order them anymore because quite a few asian markets carry them at a low price
Use a flavourful liquid and let them absorb the moisture for at least an hour two hours is better
They used to be a bargain but not at current prices

I didnt like it quite as much as some nuggets i had previously gotten from now but apparently they have been discontinued
