Pros

Good value, good quality. Exceeded my expectation. Shipped and received super fast. Much cheaper and quicker shipping than ordering from the oem.

This one fits the mic snuggly, so hopefully it won’t fall off. Fit (barely, but properly) on my hyperx revolver headset.

The pc38x has a built-in mic that works very well. It suppresses any keyboard or mouse clicks in the background better than the standard mic. Even tried blowing into the mic moderately to test how much it blocks and its great.

Cons

Wind noise overpowers the coms. Wind noise mitigation is non-existent. All you get is base stereo speakers with the system powered off, the inline mic and you must have the cord connected.

About 3x too big for my (extremely common designed) sennheiser lav mics. Would fit lavs the size of your big toe but not your pinkie finger.
