Used for sponge filter in 5g aquarium is quite quiet but causes enough vibration that if it or the air line that is connected touches certain materials it will cause a type of resonance buzz sound which is annoying

I have the 77855 whisper air pump 100gallon unit and i like the fact it pushes a lot of air but it does make a noticeable hum noise

Comes with a splitter but you can only run one air stone at a time cuz its not powerful enough

Seems good quality but without anything connected was as loud as the older air pump i was trying to replace
