Pros

Replaced my noisy broken impeller with this product. Makes a small hum but way quieter than my busted one. Now the entire house is quiet we honestly didn't realize how much noise the filters were making.

This tetra 25870 fits all tetra whisper hanging outside filters. Now i have a replacement impeller to buy for my aqua-tech 30-60 filter which are non existent on the net. It fit petfevt and works like a charm.

Easy to replace. This one replaces one which was installed over 20 years ago.

Cons

The plastic is not the harder white kind of the original but instead a softer blue plastic that appears to be less durable. Did not fit. Must be a defect in this one.

The best thing about it is that it is 14 the price directly from tetra

Replacing the impeller is an eventual must but the price is stupid high for this part
