We have the zero degree one, and boy howdy, it's warm. The inside fabric is nice and soft - polyester or no polyester. The flannel is very nice, soft and warm.

One note of caution is that we are both relatively small adults- husband is 150lbs 6'0 i am 100lbs 5'1. The width feels more like sleeping in a full-sized bed rather than a queen sized bed.

Its comfortable and will keep u warm if u can use it but its soooooo bulky and heavy that its hard to pack
