Other thoughts - cinching the collar tube is great. I still use my marmot bag but this one is running a tight race with it!

I sleep with it unzipped and laying over me and wearing cut off sweat pants and a long sleeved thermal top and no socks. Warmth is good enough for outdoor camping in cool months.

The brushed interior of the bag is soft against the skin. And the inside fabric is really soft. Though it doesn't have flannel on the inside, it seems softer than the outside.

Packs away in the supplied compression bag to a reasonable size. It's a beast to get folded and back into the bag (because it collects air and easily grows bigger and bigger)! It has a pocket for your phone inside the upper part.

Cons

This is not suitable for a hammock in 40°f weather. All that sliding seems to end up applying friction to the insulation. No way should all that insulation be permitted to roam freely.

    It’s probably too large to backpack with we have separate backpacking gear but it might be fine for one or two nights if you aren’t going far

    I am 55 and had plenty of leg room but if youre any taller than this i would recommend getting the talllong version of this bag
