Pros
This is a must have for plumbing and most remodeling jobs. Used it to check out my 30 ft dryer vent. Works great as it should, just kind of hard to maneuver once inside the engine.

The unit focuses instantly and there's no lag on the screen. Startup is fast. It's just ready to use.
The sharpness and color of the images is excellent. The video quality is actually better than i expected, given the price and specs. It’s easy to use and maneuver.
The screen protector comes installed. It seems robustly built. The carry case is a very very nice touch specially being a mechanic.
Cons
The camera only shows a clear picture if the camera is right up against the chimney flue and you can't see anything else. Off axis picture looks like an old tft screen. Just a few degrees of axis, it goes funky grey with contrasting colors.

Cons video cable is incredibly stiff and doesn’t maneuver well in air ducts and i imagine it probably doesn’t maneuver well in drain pipes either

The camera is not positioned well in that it’s on the side of the camera unit instead of on the end

If the camera was on the end which i think would be a much better design you would be able to see a lot more than just the sides of the duct or pipe

I found myself having to reposition and refeed the cable several times into the duct to see what i wanted to see
