Pros

Tervis products always satisfy me. They have a lifetime warranty. It is worth it to pay a few extra dollars to guarantee a great product.

Great for a decent sized iced tea. I have a holder in which it fits, but don't like to use it all the time. Makes for a good water/lemonade/etc.

Tervis insulated tumblers are colorful, insulated, tall but not too tall. Washes well in dishwasher too. Only downside is that the seal may crack if the glass is dropped or washed on high heat in the dishwasher leading to condensation between the laye... Read More

Cons

Glasses arrive unwrapped, and sitting in a cardboard piece that looks like it got ran over 10 xs. Also scrapes on a terribly designed sharp molding ridge right around the top inside of the lip. They are rough around the rim.

Tired of the hassle. The product is shoddy.

Obviously returning for being defective and possible fake. The guarantee is meaningless. Keep your receipt.

Condensation collects on the outside of the glasses. Coffee dripping everywhere.
