To collapse them you do the reverse button press in first and everything is released

The 2 poles come in a drawstring black carry bag with a bunch of interchangeable feet on removing the pole it is folded in sections and held together with a velcro tie to setup undo the tie and straighten out the sections and place the ends inside each other the inner cable holds the sections in place and tightens them up as you finally pull down the top section until a spring loaded pin pops into the hole to lock it all tightly in place at first it may seem like you are about to break something but it will make sense once you do it for the first time look for the padlock image first then start pulling there and follow the dots

Not a massive fan of the print detail on the sides of the poles but it’s okay

There are a couple of points to note1 the handle looks like it is cork upper and foam lower however this is deceptive

The upper is unfortunately only printed to look like cork the whole handle is foam
