Tenergy is one of my favorite brands - they tend to provide a great price vs.
Just as described, works great and cost a 1/3 of what fluke wanted.
Packaging/appearance
Choose a charger that (1) reconditions batteries; and (2) can identify batteries with bad cells that need to be discarded (recycled).

If you want top of the line batteries for capacity, go look for much more expensive eneloop or powerex batteries.
Bought an 8-pack of the centura c-cells, they all work and have a capacity around 4000mah according to my xtar vc4, so that's cool.

They arrived almost fully charged since after installing them in my radio the built-in charger indicator said they were charged after only 5 minutes of charge time.
