I tried this on my south korean wii ntsck but first it only showed a black screen in 480i mode

What it does not do is upscale or otherwise improve your wiis graphical outputgames will still look fuzzy as compared to modern products

My tv already produces an annoying 3 frames of input lag estimated for any console connected to it so i cant really comment on any input lag as im not sure if it originates from the device or the tv

Works great and the sound does carry though the hdmi something i did not think would happen because of the sound jack on the converter
