While that is much nicer of an environment for these the fact is that they can be manufactured with better quality than this one. Not the same brand as ad/pic.
When i received the cap, it said supco. Didn't take that very serious and let alone never related to 'bait and switch' but the euphoria quickly wears off when you realize how fast these chinese capacitors fail.
