It lasted 3 years and after 2 years it did tend to put white chalky residue over my clothes and brown water leaked when pressing the steam button

Replacement for its predecessor which gave years of trouble free service until thermostat gave up

There are good points i like the retractable cord and the fact that the steam hose can be stored within the base

Its easy to fill with the detachable water tank and operation is straightforward fill up switch on once the lights stop flashing its ready to use

This item is good but not as good as the philips particularly as this item does not automatically adjust its temperature to accommodate different material however in saying that it is £90
