Pros
Easy to do with simple instructions. Customer service is fantastic. Can't recommend enough.
The trays fit perfectly and don't irritate the gums or cheeks. They fit as well as the ones by the dentist. Mould your own trays at home. Amp; fit perfectly do the job.
The plastic isn't sharp and so doesn't hurt the gums. It also goes over your gums slightly to stop the gel escaping. The whole tooth can be covered with whitening gel with no leakage of gel into your mouth at all.
Cons
The mould is not tight around teeth and gums so not useful for teeth whitening. This means that you aren't able to clean the whitening gel away from your gums.

I think the whole process took about 10 days and im very happy with the moulds provided
I used zoom 16 and it made my bottom gums sore no problem with the top ones
I got some moulds made for whitening by the dentist a few years back with the gel and moulds it was £300

I’ve seen the odd bad review on here and i can’t wrap my head around how they could rate this badly unless they’ve just not followed the instructions properly

The first 2 trays for my top teeth didnt fit at all and the company sent me another kit for new impressions
