It works great! My golfing buddy loves it. Especially with martini tees.
Cons
This thing knocks the ball off the tee half of the time. Either you have to tee way to high or it falls off. This product is bulky and way too complicated to use than it needs to be.

If you are over 6 feet 2 inches tall it may be uncomfortable to use as it might be slightly too short requiring you to bend over a bit
