Cons left and right mouse clicks are kinda loud if your a gamer like me invest in a better mouse because the clicking will get annoying and picked up on microphones if you record your gaming

Back and forward buttons are a cool feature that i use often they are however just as loud as the left and right click

I didnt have to attempt to contact them and i didnt have to ask them about sending a replacement they offered to send me a replacement themselves and if i didnt want one even offered me a full refund and to me that is excellent customer service
