I also find i have to jig around when washing my hands to avoid it going off again if you stay still for too long it will turn itself off

There are different settings for the lights my favourite is carousel mode but you can fix it to the colour of your preference

One got dazzled in middle of night as it would light up hallway too much

There are no settings to reduce the brightness hence i used white cable tape neatly applied across whole light surface
