Pros
It safely cleans all synthetic outerwear & gear without damaging the waterproofing and fillers. Don't use regular detergents prior to using this waterproofing product. Then wash the item per tech wash instructions.
Nikwax tech wash is a great product for washing any waterproof garment with a fabric exterior. Great on waterproofing any coat with a shell lining. Great for washing waterproof ski jackets and ski pants without washing out the waterproofing.
The smell is gone, the fabric feels more supple and the zippers are all working more smoothly. My tent looks great and repels water like new!
Cons

Dryed it using the wool balls bought at amazon which fluffed up the down

Worked well for cleaning but i dont know about water resistance because i used a different nikwax product for water proofing
